Centennial Community Development
The Villas operated for 25 years through community partnerships. It is time to redevelop the housing and programming to ensure this ministry will thrive for the next generation of older adults (55+). Centennial UMC partners with Centennial Community Development to ensure older adults can access affordable housing, age in place, and experience a high quality of life right here in the Historic Jazz District.
Engage with the project by spending time preparing the building for redevelopment. Interior demolition and exterior landscaping maintenance are current needs.
Public funds will enable us to redevelop our building in 2028. Between now and then, we have critical needs like roof repairs, insurance coverage, and security to ensure the building remains stable. Consider a gift to help get us to there.
